I live in Timaru, in the South Island of New Zealand. Land of the Hobbits lol!
I am a self taught artist and have created my own method using special techniques which I have developed over time using no cutters..

I love flowers, I have an enormous garden which inspires me daily. Making flowers and teaching flowers is my passion. I am a proud Mum of three beautiful kids.
I am a dessert maker / Baker by trade. I love food and started baking as a child and ran a family cafe after my mum became ill, we then followed mums dream to make her Denheath Custard Squares famous and available and built a manufacturing plant. We have taken Denheath from its country cafe setting to international trade selling my late mums magical Gourmet Custard Squares to Australia, Korea and Japan. Although Denheath is my full time job and World Custard invasion our mission, I am passionate about making and teaching freeform and I am available for classes nationally and internationally from one on one classes to group classes.
